Cabarete is a village on the north side of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. A beautiful country with varied nature and friendly people. The tropical climate, which varies from 27 °C in winter to 30 °C in the summer, magnificent turquoise ocean waters, and varied geography of the area make Cabarete the ultimate vacation destination.

 

Because of its great features for watersports, Cabarete grew out to be 'the place to be' for many surfers and kitesurfers from all over the world. But you definitely don't have to be a (kite)surfer to have a great time here. There is a lot to see and do in and around Cabarete. For example activities like scuba diving, snorkling, mountainbiking, jeepsafaries, excursions to other places and cities, horseback riding, going to the waterfalls or caves, Ocean World, a waterpark, riding on an ATV, karting, etc. And also just renting a car or scooter to see something of the country is definitely worth while.

 

The action in Cabarete does not stop when the sun sets. While dining in one of the many different restaurants, you view the ocean bay and enjoy specialties from all over the world.
